We are delighted to advise that Past Rotary International President, Ravi Ravindran has accepted President Mary's invitation to address the club - and any visiting Rotarians who wish to join us - via Zoom on Thursday, 20th May 2021 at 7pm.
Proceeds of the evening will benefit our Shelterbag project which provides sleeping bags for those Central Coast men and women who are 'doing it tough' and are sleeping outdoors or on the streets. We have been very fortunate in obtaining a Global Grant from the Rotary Foundation which has enabled us to purchase some shelterbags which we will provide free of charge to the homeless - just in time for winter.
PRIP Ravi is the current Chairman of the Trustees of The Rotary Foundation and he is extremely supportive of the Shelterbag project. He will be giving us some insights into the incredible work carried out by The Rotary Foundation.
