Rob Edwards OAM, is a professional keynote speaker and avid Rotarian with the Rotary Club of Corrimal, suburb of Wollongong.
He is the founder of ‘Plastic Free Oceans’ and the recently launched platform ‘Sustainable Social’. Rob will talk about his plastics initiatives and his work encouraging Rotary clubs across the world take simple first steps toward being part of Rotary’s new focus of sustainability. - Also, an initiative to help clubs share their sustainability stories and influence others.
Rob is on the Australia New Zealand Pacific Islands chapter of the Environmental Sustainability Rotarian Action Group committee, The 9675 District Environmental Committee, MC and committee member of the Rotary Climate and Peace Forum.
He received an OAM for the ‘Its Time Foundation’ work which delivers renewable power solutions for remote Pacific Island schools, transforming education outcomes and reducing carbon emissions.
