This year the Rotary Club of Wahroonga and Better Business Partnership (BBP) are partnering to recognise employees from businesses participating in the BBP program who have demonstrated a high degree of motivation and commitment to helping their business achieve success through sustainability.

On Wednesday 9th November 2016 the Club will present the following special Awards at the Club’s dedicated breakfast meeting at 7.15 am to 8:30 am at Pymble Golf Club, hosted by Ku-ring-gai Council’s Better Business Partnership:

Rotary Award Presentations

 

  • Quiet Achiever Award - The Aim of this Award is to  recognise residents that consistently go the ‘extra mile’ in their job with a co-operative and positive attitude toward employer and clients, and who always strive to offer sensible solutions to problems, and who are constructive and helpful, but who usually work within the system, and who don’t seek out special consideration. A suitable nominee can be sourced from local businesses, schools or health service facilities etc
  • Vocational Service Award - The aim of this award is to promote Vocational Service and personal performance in their vocation and provide employers with an opportunity to recognise employees who display the qualities worthy of an Award.
  • Community Service Award – The aim of this award is an opportunity to formally acknowledge the contribution these businesses or individuals make and showcase some of the wonderful work being done in our community.
