Bernie was recently appointed to the Public Advisor Group that is looking to change the current plan on waterflow regulation for Lake Ontario and the St. Lawrence River.  We have all seen how this has impacted Rochester summers, waterside commerce, and homeowners near the lake the last four years, so this promises to be an insightful discussion.
