Hiking from Corning to North Dakota and Helping Haiti - Today at Rotary!First, our International Committee, represented by Kate Foss, will present a check to a visitor from Haiti for a project that has been in the works for two years and that visitor, Dr. Janet O'Flynn, will give us an update. Our speaker today is president of the Finger Lakes Trail Conference, Pat Monahan, a Corning resident and dedicated local volunteer. His presentation today will be about a local secret, the Finger Lakes Trail. Did you know that Corning is an epicenter of a trail network that stretches from New York to North Dakota to Maine to Alabama? Pat was instrumental in making this happen and will speak to us about the treasure in our own back yard.
