In June we visited the college of surgeon at the top end of town which holds a museum and also everyday information about the surgeon's art (or is it a craft?).Professor John Royle (82) and Mr David Lawrence (much younger) providing Probus with historical and practical lessons on surgeon training in Australia and New Zealand. John's personally crafted Anzac biscuits were a highlight - I tested two.
