An Evening in Ukraine - $75 with $35 Tax Receipt

Join us for an 'Evening in Ukraine' and help us ship a container of critically needed medical equipment and supplies to Ukraine!

We’re hosting this special dinner to raise funds to ship a container filled with medical equipment and supplies valued at over $400,000 to Ukraine.

The medical equipment and supplies are sourced locally through BC Health Authorities, hospitals, and medical suppliers. We will partner with Rotary World Help https://rotaryworldhelp.com/  to fill the container with medical equipment and supplies most requested by Ukraine. The container will be shipped to a partner Rotary club in Poland who can safely receive it and transport the equipment to Ukraine. Rotary World Help has shipped over 400 containers to 61 countries with contents valued at over $150 million so they are experts!

Your 'Evening in Ukraine' will start with live Ukrainian music while you enjoy a complementary glass of wine and appetizers, followed by a delicious, authentic Ukrainian dinner. You'll enjoy borscht (beet soup), olivye salad (Ukrainian potato salad), perogies, holubsti (cabbage rolls), Ukrainian sausage, and sauerkraut. Following dinner you'll be treated to desserts and coffee while you're entertained by a Ukrainian dance group from Kvitka Ukrainian School of Dance, and hear about our efforts to ship a container of medical equipment and supplies to Ukraine.

Throughout the evening you'll have time to explore and bid on items and experiences in our Silent Auction.

Ticket information and Table Seating

Ticket Sales are final and nonrefundable

Table Seating - tables will accommodate 8 guests. If you are attending with others and wish to be seated together, please indicate the names of the guests to be seated together in the comment section and we will do our very best to accomodate your request.

Tax Receipt - if you are purchasing tickets for multiple guests, please use the comment section to provide the name(s) the tax receipts should be issued in.
