Program:
Gordon Esau introduced guest speaker Honorable James Moore. Mr. Moore's topic was 2019: Trump, Canada & Politics.

The presentation was very interesting, enlightening for some, thought provoking for others. It covered some history of recent years, in particular reflecting on issues faced by society over the last 10 years or so, providing context for what has led to today's political climate. A very brief, high level overview of the new NAFTA/USCMA agreement was provided as well as Mr. Moore's perspective on what the key political moments will be faced in 2019.

Overall, Hon. James Moore's presentation was excellent and very well received by our Club. If you missed it and would like more information be sure to contact another member who did attend.

Meeting adjourned with a toast to a great 2019!
