DESCRIPTION:As you probably know\, the club's AGM is scheduled for next T
 uesday\, Dec 10th\, 2023 during our regular member lunc hmeeting. It's a 
 short portion of our meeting but we really do need quorum\, which is 1/3
  of our membership\, to attend in person. Virtual attendance does NOT cou
 nt towards quorum nor can we accept proxies. While we understand that ther
 e are many reasons people cannot attend meetings in person\, it would be g
 reatly appreciated if those who are able to attend in person try to do so 
 on December 10th. Guests are welcome\, though are unable to vote. Kind reg
