Kukuiolono Park Fountain Project Day

The fountain at Kukuionolo Park is close to completion. We need to finish some digging in the base and then determine what other work needs to be done to make this a functioning fountain once again. We'll do some digging, some cleaning, and some checking everything to see whether it is still water tight.
