Speaker`s FAQ

What
The Rotary Club of Terrace was chartered in 1954 and is the community’s most active and well-known service organization. During the past 68 years, Terrace Rotarians have volunteered thousands of hours for community and international service and invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in community, regional and world-wide projects. We are part of a global organization with over 1.4 million members in more than 200 countries.

Our club has two annual fundraisers each year. The first is the Great Terrace Rotary Wild Duck Race, which is held every BC Day during the Riverboat Days celebration. The second is our Annual Terrace Rotary Auction, which is held each autumn. These two events raise close to $100,000 every year and this money is invested into projects in our community, our region, and around the world.
