Our Guest Speaker today was BART FUJIMOTO from LPL to deliver information on how we can grow or wealth in the 502(c)3 Foundation Fund to be used for Scholarships and other projects. With a $50,000 figure and distribution of $5,000 per year he recommends a fund with 70 % Equity and 30% Permanent. If we raise $10,000 per year, we should take out only 4 - 5 %. He mentioned other options by percentage Fee for this service would be app. 1.65% or $825 per year based on $50,000 Diversified portfolio is best and he recommends American Standard Funds. Annual Yield has been 4.24 - 7.2 % Net growth after fees would be app 6 - 8 % He believes in service to his customers first, Special knowledge of the product and climate and experience.
