Darcy and Doug were tasked with working out a menu with Chef Gordon which they did and he has already supplied the following menu based on a plated meal at $30 all in. Please see the menu below that was provided:
When you sign up please put your choice (letter and number) in the comments section for each person so we can total up each item.
Baby spinach with candied pecans,goat cheese, planchette ,drizzled with balsamic reduction
then choice of :
Item A: Lamb osso bucco or
Item B: Breaded chicken breast stuffed with brie/apple/cranberry/onion or
Item C: AAA cab new york striploin chargrilled/topped with blue cheese crumble
Item 1: Yukon gold garlic mashed potato
Item 2: Mixed rice
plus seasonal veg
xmas dessert
