KIMBERLY TOM, PRESIDENT

Hello and Welcome to the Rotary Club of Kahala Sunrise!

Let me first give you an idea of who we are and what we do!

Last Rotary year, our club celebrated its 10th Anniversary. We did it big and capped it off with our first annual Signature fundraiser, a Murder Mystery Dinner Party, 20s-themed! It was a blast and we hope you can make it next year.

While we do have our fun, The Rotary Club of Kahala Sunrise or RoCKS for short, is very committed to giving back to our community in many ways. Our focus is on Youth and Education, however we participate in a multitude of different projects such as planting trees and pulling weeds at the Honolulu Zoo, cleaning up invasive limu in a fishpond on the Windward side, donating First Book Dictionaries to local Elementary schools, holding a school supply drive, feeding the homeless on Thanksgiving, mentoring students in our Early Act Club at Niu Valley Middle School, campus beautification and much, much more.

This year, we have some exciting new projects and a bunch of social events planned!

We hope you will join us for breakfast Wednesday mornings at 730am at Waialae Country Club or come to one of our many projects. If that doesn’t work, just come to meet some new friends!

Please find us on Facebook at Rotary Club of Kahala Sunrise, on Instagram @rotarykahala, or please email Kimberly Tom at rotarykimtom@gmail.com for more information! We look forward to hearing from you!
