This year we adapted and took a different approach to our annual Dictionary Project. We dropped off special Student Dictionaries to the school staff for distribution to the third graders of King Lunalilo Elementary, Kahala Elementary, and Aina Haina Elementary Schools. Instead of in-person classroom visits we created an instructional video over Zoom to show the students how to use some of the special features of their Student Dictionaries. Itʻs one way we can still promote education and literacy in a safe manner.
