Salmon Wednesday with Wes Mun Sept. 14, 2022

Join us for a very special Salmon Wednesday with our very own Wes Mun who recently returned from his annual fishing trip to Alaska!

Wes will be sharing his take on a “Japanese” breakfast with his haul from Alaska.  (salmon chazuke, pan and inari sushi, fried salmon bellies, salmon sashimi, udon, and ikura rice.)   And heʻll share his knowledge of salmon fishing!

A special raffle for a whole fish will also be available.

Wes’ annual Alaska fishing trip has been a family reunion affair starting with his dad and uncles, now cousins and friends for the last 25 years.  Wes knows his way around salmon, how to catch, cook and eat them.
