Dear Rotarian,

Hope you have enjoyed your weekend. If you are an NFL Football fan you must have enjoyed all the playoff games last week and this week. Even if your team didn't win, every game has been decided on the last play with the Rams-Forty Niner's game tied late as I write this. That is amazing.

Thank you to Chris Neighbors for last week's program about the history of Silverdale Baptist Academy. Chris had some great photos of the early days of the academy facilities and I enjoyed hearing about his experience with the school.

This week, we'll hear from Amy French of the Alzheimer's Association. We'll also have an update about CART from Alan Johnston. Alan will also have copies of "Goodnight Sweetheart", the book that he wrote about his wife Judy's experience with Alzheimer's. You will be able to purchase a copy of the book and Alan will donate the proceeds to the Alzheimer's Association and to CART.

Don't forget - there will be a Golf Committee Meeting immediately after our regular meeting on Wednesday. If you are looking for a place to plug into a committee this is a great opportunity.

I hope to see you Wednesday at our meeting, but if you need to join by Zoom here is the meeting link. If you have difficulties in accessing the online meeting, please contact Dale Rardin at 423-605-6790 (cell) and he will assist you.
