If you missed last week's offsite meeting at the Chattanooga Food Bank you missed a great opportunity. Chef Barry came through with box lunches of sandwiches, salads, chips and cookies. We divided into three groups to tour the facilities and learned about how the food is purchased or donated and distributed. Thank you to Mike Foos, Club Service Chairman, for arranging this unique meeting option.

This week our speaker will be Paul Bodenhausen who will speak on historic flags. We will be back at East Brainerd Church of Christ for this meeting. 4th Quarter dues are due now and about 50% of the club still needs to pay.

No volunteer activities are scheduled for this week.

Our District Conference is coming up May 2-3 here in Chattanooga. It will involve 3 Districts this year and you won't want to miss this event. John Germ, Steve Germ's Dad,  is one of the keynote speakers and he is fantastic!!! We have qualified or applied for several awards so please come and support our club! Registration is now open on Dacdb and if you have any problems please ask for help. The district golf tournament is on the Thursday May 1. We need to get a golf team together  for this event. We have won this in the past so let's get out there again with a full team.
