Dear Rotarians,

Last Wednesday we heard an amazing presentation from Ryan Cox of HATponics.  They are one of the most prolific aquaponics builders in the world, and they have installed farms just about anywhere you can imagine.  Everything they do at HATponics revolves around a passionate commitment to feed people.  Their goal is to feed 20 million people by the year 2020, and they are well on their way.

Tomorrow we will hear from Teresa Meadows, a Certified Nutrition Advisor & Integrative Health Coach.  One thing she has learned over the years, is that good health does not come by genetics or by accident, but strictly on purpose!!  It is a wonderful combination of creating a supportive environment that deals with both the outside and inside stressors that become imperative to enjoying, good long health.  Today we are bombarded by the frantic pace of work and family life and the strain and stress that begins to show up in our health.  We are all getting older, but that does not mean we can’t change the direction of where we are headed.  What we simply need is to put a good healthy plan in place and then put it into practice, so we can enjoy our work achievements and the relationships we hold dear.

I hope to see you all tomorrow!

President Chris
Speaker Bio - Teresa Meadows
Speaker Teresa Meadows, co-founder of "The Live Free Team".  Offers Health & Nutrition Consultations, grocery tours, monthly workshops, Facebook support groups, grocery tours and are committed to helping serve and help others create their healthiest lifestyles ever.
Through her family’s personal journey, Teresa Meadows came to better understand the important role of "Inside Outside" health and began working on environmental factors that could help overcome and even prevent health challenges as part of the answer. She came to the realization that we needed much more than a so-called healthy diet, but rather the addition of high quality nutritional support and many more healthy practices to begin to make up for these shortfalls that we are facing.

I have continued to grow in my knowledge as a Certified Nutrition Advisor & Integrative Health Coach and the love of learning.  I became a Bon Secours Wellness sponsor about 8 years ago contributing recipes, articles and offerings to many that are looking for alternatives to health and a healthy lifestyle.  Over the years my passion has met the passions of other wellness coaches and medical health professionals that have banded together to form a community I co-founded called "The Live Free Team".  We currently offer Health & Nutrition Consultations, grocery tours, monthly workshops, Facebook support groups, grocery tours and are committed to helping serve and help others create their healthiest lifestyles ever."
