Dear Rotarian,

I know it has been a tough start to the week for many of you who were affected by the storms this week.  I hope that everyone is safe and your power and homes can quickly be restored.  There are many people in our community who are hurting and suffered tremendous loss.  I'm grateful that it seems all members of our club are safe and most damages seem to only be cosmetic.  However, I did talk with a club member, Garry Mac, whose mother lost her home.  Garry said that she is safe, but this is obviously an emotionally difficult time for their family.  There are many others who have friends or family in similar positions, so please keep these people in your prayers.

While many of you are out of power and recovering from the storms, we decided it would be best to postpone this week's virtual program until next Wednesday, April 22nd so more of you will be able to attend.  However, I will still keep this week's Zoom meeting available for anyone who would like to join for a "social hour" so we can catch up, discuss any community needs, and have a chance to see each other.  You can follow this link or use the details below to join tomorrow (4/15) at noon.

As always, please let me know if any of you know of needs in our community that can be met.  I am proud to share that our club has already had tremendous impact during this time, and we look forward to continuing this in any way possible.

Stay safe!

Volunteering to be part of our weekly rotation of being a Greeter or leading our club in Prayer and Pledge is a privilege and a responsibility.  If you have a Greeter or Prayer & Pledge assignment and are unable to serve, you are responsible for finding your replacement and notifying Craig Miller or President Tyler of the change.  Thank you for your club service.
