Dear Rotarian,

Good Morning! I hope you enjoyed your long, holiday weekend. The weather was great - I got to play a round of golf at Bear Trace with my daughter and she got her first birdie! I may have a new playing partner for our tournament next year!

I hope you enjoyed hearing from Wade Hinton last week. He did a great job of communicating not only the definitions of diversity, inclusion and equity, but also why they are so important to a company's success. He gave us some great pointers about how we should be managing our organization's most important resource - people!

This week we plan to have a business "speed dating" session at our meeting. We have several new members who would like to learn more about their fellow Rotarians. Also, I really enjoy hearing from the members at my table about what their organizations do and the roll that they play. Should be fun.

I hope you can attend the meeting this week, but if you need to join by Zoom here is the meeting link. If you have difficulties in accessing the online meeting, please contact us by using the chat feature of Zoom.
