Dear Rotarian,
 
This week we have the opportunity to help celebrate influential educators from various schools in the area surrounding our Club headquarters.  Please come and support our educators, and be sure to thank Stephen Pike and Brigette Thurman for their hard work in preparing this program for us.
 
Looking ahead to March, in our first meeting of the month Jim Glass will be providing an update on our Golf Tournament, and the work his committee is doing to make this year's Tournament a rousing success.  The best way for it to be a success is for you to get out in the community and secure a couple of hole sponsors.  Remember, the Golf Tournament funds most of what we do as a Club, and we need everyone's participation.
 
As I mentioned in the newsletter last week, Steve Germ is setting up some different community service projects - one of those is our continued involvement at The Ronald McDonald House.   He needs help in providing breakfast at the House on April 8 and April 15.  Please let Steve know if you can volunteer for one of these times.  Again, when the year is over I want everyone to be able to say they participated in at least one community service project.
 
Finally, please remember to invite guests and prospective members to our meetings.  We want to continue to encourage the growth of our Club. Please plan to join us this week.  If you are not able to join in person please join us by Zoom.
