Small incremental changes can add up to big improvements!

One of the goals we have for our Rotary Club this year is to make small changes to grow and create and even more dynamic club. We are off to a good start by welcoming several new members. As all organizations that thrive know, new members can bring enthusiasm and new ideas and by combining this with current members dedication and long-term commitment to service becomes a winning formula.

Glad to be a part of a of dynamic club!

Unfortunately, I had to miss last weeks meeting but reports are that it was a good one. I really appreciate Vice President - Mike Foos stepping in at the last minute and covering for me.

This coming week I am looking forward to our meeting as my friend Judge Tom Greenholtz of the Court of Criminal Appeals shares some insights into how the criminal courts work. He says it is going to be interactive. Should be exciting!

Those of you who have a red-badges one of the ways to move to the blue one is to attend a board meeting. This week after the general meeting we will be having our August one. You are invited to participate.

August is Membership Month and remember the best way to grow our club is to invite people you think might be good Rotarians. We are all passionate about Service Above Self. It is not just a motto but a way of life and inviting others to experience what that means and how it can impact our community is how we grow.
