Dear Rotarian,

Good morning!  Last week we heard form Jenna Parker of Volunteer Behavioral Health as well as Lieutenant Tim Tomisek and Officer Brandon Watson of the Chattanooga Police Department on  a unique program in our community that pairs mental health professionals with police officers when responding to situations involving people with mental illness and/or substance issues.  Thanks to Stephen Pike for bringing this program to our attention.

Thank you to everyone who attended last week's board meeting.  I am pleased to announce that one of the actions taken during our board meeting was to reapprove our club's two Honorary Rotarians for the 2022-23 year: Mrs. Judy Germ and Mrs. Sara Fields.

This week we will be hosting our Club Assembly. This is your chance to hear directly from our committee chairs what they are planning for this year and how you can get involved. I look forward to seeing you Wednesday!

Please plan to join us this week.  If you are not able to join in person please join us by Zoom.  Note - there is a new meeting link for the Zoom.  Please use this link, meeting ID and passcode.

Volunteering to be part of our weekly rotation of being a Greeter or leading our club in Prayer and Pledge is a privilege and a responsibility.  If you have a Greeter or Prayer & Pledge assignment and are unable to serve, you are responsible for finding your replacement and notifying Chris Neighbors or President Betsy Gibson of the change.  Thank you for your club service.
