Rotary Blood Drive Wednesday, May 11th

The Rotary Club and GraceWorks Church are hosting a Blood Drive from 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. in conjunction with our regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, May 11^th. The folks from Blood Assurance will be our featured speakers that day and we thought we would incorporate a blood drive, as well. The 11-2 time window has been reserved through May 6^th for Rotarians to sign up but there are other times available that day, as well. Appointments can still be made after the 6^th but they will be available on a “first come, first served” basis.

There is a “short link” you can use to schedule your appointments: www.bloodassurance.org/rotaryatgraceworks. If you do not want to schedule online, you can call 423-756-0966 and schedule through their tele-recruiting department. Just be sure to tell the person answering the phone you would like to make an appointment for the “Rotary at Graceworks Drive.”

A huge THANK YOU to Brigette Thurman for coordinating and organizing this event!! She makes it look easy but I promise you corralling 3 departments at Blood Assurance, Rotary and GraceWorks was no easy feat! Great job, Brigette!!

In case you didn’t know: Blood Assurance is a non-profit, full-service regional blood center serving 51 counties and more than 70 health care facilities in Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina and Virginia.
