Dear Rotarian,

Greetings from the wheat belt in Kansas.  Dawn and I made a somewhat unexpected trip to the midwest for the funeral of my uncle.  He and my dad had farmed together for the past 48 years, and it was a nice time to visit with family I seldom see; however,  I will be back in town for our meeting this Wednesday.

This past Wednesday we heard from Jason Heymann about current activities around Hamilton Place (and I even learned some things I didn't know).  This coming Wednesday we will have Dutch Magrath, an executive with Sir Goony's here in town.  I'm sure a lot of you all are like me and have fond memories of taking kids (or maybe even being a kid) to Sir Goony's and the go-karts.  Mini-golf may have been invented on Lookout Mountain, but it was perfected at Sir Goony's.

All Board Members, please make plans to attend the last Board Meeting of the year, which will follow our meeting on the 19th.  Please plan to join us this week.  If you are not able to join in person please join us by Zoom.

Meeting ID: 830 3025 5424.  Passcode: 685 432

Thanks for being a Rotarian!
