Hello !,

Last week it was nice to hear from our own Kathy Teufel. She and her assistant shared suggestions and tips on fitness. I enjoyed watching everyone participate in the stretching exercises! Having interactive programs and presentations makes for fun engagement at our Rotary meetings.

This coming week will be the first of our 5 events where we honor those that serve our community. The board decided to add a First Responders Day, separate from law enforcement day. Alan Johnson and his committee have done a stellar job organizing this event and I look forward to what they have arranged. As you enter you will notice that we have added a poster saying who and why we are celebrating First Responders. We have created a poster for each of the 5 events and they will be able to be used over and over again. Of course let's make sure to make the honorees feel welcome.

Driving up to Ocoee this weekend, I passed by a huge field of pumpkins with parents and children choosing their favorite pumpkins. Even if you had missed the leaves turning the pumpkin patch would definitely indicate we are in the middle of the fall season.

Enjoy the colors and the changing season this week!  We look forward to seeing everyone this coming Wednesday. Have a great week and Be Proud to Be A Rotarian!!  If you can't join us in person, please join us by Zoom at the link below:
