President's Message

Dear Rotarian friends,

Congratulations are in order to everyone in our club for putting on a GREAT golf tournament this year! Henry and his committee did a fantastic job of putting it all together and all the club members who came out and volunteered made it run smoothly. The non-Rotarian golfers were commenting on how our tournament is one of the best they've ever played in and I know the scholarship students were excited and grateful that it was a big success. We will have an update this week on the bottom line figures.

This week's speaker is Chattanooga Police Chief Fred Fletcher.

*** Our Board Meeting is this week immediately following the meeting ***

19th Hole Sponsor - Carrabba's

Posted by Gina Crumbliss

Carrabba's Italian Grill has agreed to be the 19th Hole Sponsor for our golf tournament! This means that they will come onsite and provide a delicious buffet-style dinner for our golfers and volunteers immediately following the tournament.

The menu will most likely consist of salad, Marsala chicken and a starch/veggie. This will be a nice complement to Texas Roadhouse's delicious burgers at lunch.

This is a incredible new partnership for our club so please be sure to mention it as you sell your golf teams and sponsorships -- actually, mention all our generous major sponsors if you can!

The best way to thank our sponsors is to patronize their businesses and thank them in person on behalf of Rotary.

Thank YOU for all you are doing to make this year's golf tournament the best, yet!
