I hope you all had a great week since we did not have a meeting. The District Conference was excellent and we received several awards. I will present those this Wednesday.

 

This week our meeting will be run by the Silverdale Baptist Academy Interact Club, assisted by Past President,  Chris Neighbors. They are anxious to share with us what they have been doing and become more involved with us.  Let's have a good turnout so we can show our support for their endeavors. We will also be inducting our newest member, Jennifer Franklin,  from the Chattanooga Area Food Bank.

 

As many of you know we had to Postpone the social event at Top Golf due to all the rain. It has been rescheduled for May 15 at 6pm. There is still plenty of time to practice before our golf tournament. Mike Foos is updating the signup sheets so if there are any changes please let him know. Anyone else who wants to come, sign up this Wednesday or on the 14.

 

Our next board meeting is May 14 so everyone please plan to attend as we have a full agenda.

 

Our golf tournament is rapidly approaching, May 21,  so be sure you have your hole sponsors committed and golf teams submitted. Now is the time to collect the money due for those items. We need every member available that day to help out with  set up,  registration, raffle tickets, lunch, hole sitting, and clean up. We have several shifts available so be sure to talk to Todd as to your availability. You  can sign up to volunteer on our golf website, rotary CHP golf tournament.
