Dear Rotarian,

I hope you all had a great and fun 4th of July!

I have officially started my term in office as your President. I hope to have a year full of fun with new ideas, new projects and new members!  If everyone does their part and brings in one new member what an increase we would have in our membership roster. Something to work on.

This week our guest speaker is our District Governor, Rob Dansereau. Rob is from one of Knoxville clubs and has held many other positions in Rotary on the club level as well as the district. One of our past members and past presidents, Gina Crumbliss will be introducing him. She is currently an Assistant Governor and is a member of the Chattanooga downtown Club

We have moved up our Board of Directors meeting to July 10, so Rob can sit in and hear about all our ideas and upcoming projects. All board members please plan to be there and come with some ideas about your position and your goals for this year.

Soon we will be emailing to the membership a general survey about our club and looking for feedback from everyone. This will help me and the board with our plans for the upcoming year.

Let's have a great turnout on Wednesday for our District Governor!  If you are not able to join in person please join us by Zoom.

Volunteering to be part of our weekly rotation of being a Greeter or leading our club in Prayer and Pledge is a privilege and a responsibility.  If you have a Greeter or Prayer & Pledge assignment and are unable to serve, you are responsible for finding your replacement and notifying Chris Neighbors or President Roseanne Apyan of the change.  Thank you for your club service.
