Hello !,

With the weather turning cooler it has been wonderful to get out and walk and hike. If you are like me, fall is my favorite time of year, with the cooler temperatures and lower dewpoints making being outside ideal. Don’t get me wrong I enjoy all the seasons but do love the low humidity and cool temps.

Last week Michelle Goble from Welcome Home shared their moving story on how they help people, who don’t have anywhere else to turn, face their end with dignity. Looking forward to partnering with them to bring some pleasure and appreciation to those they serve.

I had mentioned last week that the club was creating business cards for you to use to help spread the news about our club. They will be here by the next meeting and ask that you take several of them to give to people that you think might find our mission of Service Above Self compelling. These cards have a QR code on them that allows prospective members easily learn more about our club and there is a mechanism for them to be invited to join us for a meeting. If we are serious about growing our impact in the community then it is imperative we also grow our club.

Enjoy your false fall weather.  We look forward to seeing everyone this coming Wednesday. Have a great week and Be Proud to Be A Rotarian!!  If you can't join us in person, please join us by Zoom at the link below:
