Dear Rotarian,

I hope you are staying warm with this arctic blast that has moved into the Chattanooga Valley.  Last week we heard from Mr. Gregg Gentry, the Chief of Staff and Chief Administrative Officer for the Erlanger Health System.  He shared with us the amazing transformation and great strides that Erlanger has made in the last 5-6 years.  They serve an astonishing 900,000 patients per year and have over 7,000 employees.  In addition, they are already considering further expansion.  Finally, he expressed their desire to make health care affordable and to really do what is in the best interest of their patients.

Tomorrow, Roseanne and her team will kick off our annual golf fundraiser.  Captains and teams will be announced, goals will be shared, and let the trash talking between teams commence!  May every team raise a lot of money!

Finally, our annual Pastors Appreciation Luncheon is scheduled for Wednesday, March 6th!  Please go ahead and begin inviting your pastors to this luncheon.  When you confirm that a pastor(s) is attending, please RSVP to me at cneighbors@silverdaleba.org.  We need a count of visiting pastors by Friday, March 1st.

I hope to see you all tomorrow!

Volunteering to be part of our weekly rotation of being a Greeter or leading our club in Prayer and Pledge is a privilege and a responsibility.  If you have a Greeter or Prayer & Pledge assignment and are unable to serve, you are responsible for finding your replacement and notifying Ed Lawrence or President Chris of the change.  Thank you for your club service.
