Happy Monday! I want to take a moment and thank everyone for making our Veteran's Day program a very special time. Thanks to Roseanne Apyan and her team for their part in making the day great, including the arrangements to have Captain Mickey McCamish come to be our speaker. Thanks also to Stephen Pike for the flag and beautiful center pieces that our veterans took home. I also want to thank Dale Rardin for his work in the sound and A/V booth. I'm always appreciative of someone doing that job well like he does! Lastly, thank you to everyone that brought guests. I hope they left our program feeling encouraged and their spirits lifted as we paid our sincerest gratitude to them and those of our own who served in our armed forces. Finally, thanks to veteran Jim O'Connor for playing bagpipes at the beginning and end of our program.

This Wednesday we will hear from retired president of the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce, Ron Harr. Ron stepped down as the president of the chamber due to medical issues he was experiencing as well as inheriting health issues he is wanting to stay on top of. He will be speaking on the topic "Explore Health," with an eye to improving public health. Please come and hear what he has to say.
