I was joking with Alan Johnston and several others on Wednesday that since our attendance was a little light last week that perhaps in the future, when we have a Speed Networking meeting, we should say we are having a famous celebrity to get more members to attend!

Those of you that didn’t make it missed a fun meeting where we learned more about each other as people and Rotarians. One of the best things about Rotary is the fellowship and life long friendships you make. The more we learn about each other we find we have much more in common than at first glance we might think.

Mike Foos will be headlining for the next few weeks while I travel. When I return perhaps, I will have interesting tales to share.

This coming week should be a educational presentation. Hearing from one of the most important companies in our area, one that has spearheaded massive improvements, will be enlightening (pun intended). Ryan Keel, EPB President of Energy and Communications will the speaker.
