Dear Rotarian,

Have you ever considered what it would take to be in business for 150 years and the ups and downs that may occur along the way?  Last week we had a chance to hear from the President of US Stove, August Jones, who just celebrated its 150th year in business.  August offered some insight on how they have survived difficult times in an industry where many of their competitors have shut down operations.

There are a few "special programs" that our committees arrange each year, and this week is one of those - Pastor Appreciation Day!  I hope you have had a chance to invite the spiritual leader in your life to this meeting where we honor these very special people who rarely receive the recognition they deserve.

I look forward to seeing you Wednesday!

Tyler Spry
2019-2020 Club President

Rotary Club of Chattanooga Hamilton Place welcomed August Jones with U.S. Stove, a local company that recently marked its 150th year of business.  August shared the vision required for the amazing accomplishment of business sustainability of 150 years and what U.S. Stove has done to stay relevant over that length of time.
