Dear Rotarian,

This week Spring arrives, and other than pollen turning our cars yellow and our noses red, it is a great time of year as the outdoors wake up after winter.

My first point of emphasis is looking ahead to our Pastor Appreciation Day on April 3.  Our committee has sent out e-vites to the names of those pastors they had been given, but have received very few responses.  If you know your Pastor is coming, please confirm with either Dennis Negron, Pam Garrett or Kari Schulz.

Last week's program was very informative as we learned more about Double-Cola, whose product headquarters has been in Chattanooga over 100 years.  Even better for those in attendance, free samples were available, but you had to be present to win.

This week we will hear about art collecting and art valuation from Elizabeth Ruffner, who operates the Ruffner Art Advisory.  Following our regular club meeting there will be a Board Meeting.

Finally, please work to secure Hole Sponsors and Teams for our Golf Tournament.  Remember, we are all part of the Golf Committee, whether or not we are an official member of the Committee.

Please plan to join us this week.  If you are not able to join in person please join us by Zoom.

Meeting ID: 830 3025 5424.  Passcode: 685 432

Thanks for being a Rotarian!

Volunteering to be part of our weekly rotation of being a Greeter or leading our club in Prayer and Pledge is a privilege and a responsibility.  If you have a Greeter or Prayer & Pledge assignment and are unable to serve, you are responsible for finding your replacement and notifying Chris Neighbors or President Stan Hildebrand of the change.  Thank you for your club service.
