Dear Rotarian,

 

Last week we held our annual fundraising golf tournament at Bear Trace.  It was a fantastic tournament, and we have gotten a lot of great feedback!  I want to give a huge shout out to Roseanne and everyone on the golf committee and all those who volunteered that day.  You all did an amazing job of organizing this event, and I was honored to be a part of it!  I also wanted to thank Robin Boyer for hosting us once again.  The golf course was in great shape, and Robin and his staff did an excellent job.  
 
Tomorrow, we will be hosting Jan Hollingsworth and Darnell Scafe from Johnson Audiology.  Jan serves as the Community Outreach and Public Relations Director.  Darnell received her Bachelors’s degree in Speech Pathology from Appalachian State University and her Master’s degree in Audiology from the University of Tennessee. She holds her certificate of clinical competence through the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA). In addition, she is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (F-AAA). She has been an audiologist in the Chattanooga area for more than 35 years, and she enjoys getting to know her patients and guiding them on their journey to better hearing. 
 
Finally, we will have a board meeting at 1:00 tomorrow.  Please feel free to join us if you need a makeup or want to see what's happening.
