Dear Rotarian,

Hope you all have enjoyed the wonderful weather this weekend. It has really been nice.

For the golfers - Congratulation to the USA Ryder Cup team that defeated the Europeans this weekend! The largest margin of victory ever. We need to get a few of those guys to play in our golf tournament (on my team!).

Last week we heard from Garrett Wagley, CEO of Make-a-Wish of East Tennessee. He shared some great examples of how wishes can transform a life. It is wonderful that so many children with severe illnesses have had their wishes granted and what a difference it has made in their lives and the lives of their families.

This week, we will focus on our club membership. Our Membership Committee will be educating us about membership and leading us to find new ways to invite prospective new members and how to tell them about our club. I think you will enjoy the meeting and I'm sure we will all learn something.

For those of you that tried to join the Zoom meeting last week, I apologize - I was not able to get it set-up for the meeting. Made me realize just how much I appreciate Dale Rardin for all the work he does each week to get our audio/video equipment working properly.

The following is the Zoom meeting link. If you have difficulties in accessing the online meeting, please contact Dale Rardin at 423-605-6790 (cell) and he will assist you.
