Hello !,

I hope you all got to hear our speaker from the Tennessee Donor Services, Dawn Benjamin. She presented quite a bit of valuable information about being an organ donor. If you aren't one  it's something to consider.

This week I will be out of town so our own Vice President, David Elliott will preside over the meeting. He will lead the Business Speed Dating Program which I'm sure many of you will like. This is a great networking opportunity and a chance to get to know other members.

The following week, October 2nd, we will have State Senator Bo Watson come and speak to us about his job and what is going on around the state.

There is still time to sign up for RLI on Saturday Sept.28 and Purple Pinkie Donut Day. The deadline to order donuts is Oct. 4.. Come and support the Polio Plus campaign especially in light of the newest developments. Our foundation chairman,  Hank Powell, will present the information at Wednesday's meeting.

Keep up the great work everyone and see you in another week!  If you are not able to join in person please join us by Zoom.
