Dear Rotarian,

We had the pleasure last week of getting a glimpse of the Booth Museum of Western Art.  What an amazing collection just down I-75 about an hour.  Seth Hopkins, the Director of the Museum explained the history of the museum and shared some news about an automobile museum planned to open in Cartersville soon.  Thank you to Hank Powell for arranging this for our club.

This week, we will get to hear from Garrett Wagley of the Make-a-Wish Foundation of East Tennessee. He plans to talk to us about this great organization, some of the wishes that have been granted and some that are still waiting.  Should be an interesting meeting.

Saturday, September 25 is our next service project.  We will be supporting the Chattanooga Community Kitchen by working at the bike check-in for the Ironman competition.  Please let Stan Hildebrand know if you can participate and he will provide the sign-up information.

Reminder that the Rotary Zone Conference scheduled for Chattanooga October 1-3 has been postponed so we will conduct our regular meeting on September 29 instead of moving our meeting to the conference that week.

For those unable to attend our meeting in person, the following is the Zoom meeting link.  If you have difficulties in accessing the online meeting, please contact Dale Rardin at 423-605-6790 (cell) and he will assist you.
