Dear Rotarian,

I hope you had fantastic weekend and found some way to avoid the heat.  Just remember, it's not the heat, it's the humidity!!

Last week we had a fantastic message from Jay Fowler of the Chattanooga chapter of Fellowship of Christian Athletes.  The organization has had terrific influence on the lives of students in our community for many years.  IT was great to see you all fill the front row tables, and I would ask that you do it again this week as we hear from Joel Henderson, the Executive Director of Volunteers in Medicine of Chattanooga.  The organization's stated mission is to serve the health and wellness needs of the medically underserved in our community.

We have a Board Meeting this Wednesday after the regular meeting.  Even if you are not a Board Meeting you are welcome to attend.

Finally, please remember our workday on July 29th at Bess Shepherd School.  You can sign up this week, or send Steve Germ a text at 423-298-5017 to let him know you are coming.

Please plan to join us this week.  If you are not able to join in person please join us by Zoom.

Meeting ID: 830 3025 5424.  Passcode: 685 432

Thanks for being a Rotarian!

Volunteering to be part of our weekly rotation of being a Greeter or leading our club in Prayer and Pledge is a privilege and a responsibility.  If you have a Greeter or Prayer & Pledge assignment and are unable to serve, you are responsible for finding your replacement and notifying Chris Neighbors or President Betsy Gibson of the change.  Thank you for your club service.
