Hello $FIRST_NAME$!,

One of the benefits of being a Rotarian is hearing from leaders in our community about what is going on locally. This past week we heard from Barry White of the Chattanooga Tourism Company. It was fascinating to see the statistics on the impact of tourism on are fair city. His commentary on the need for an expanded convention center was explained very well.

One of the things that people don’t sometimes realize is the positive impact on the local community by having all the events we have here. I have heard people complain and malign the different events but all the money that is poured into our community helps us to continue to improve the overall livability of Chattanooga. So many changes over the years, better restaurants, more music venues, more opportunity to see shows, all things that improve living experience.

Often when we travel and we mention that we are from Chattanooga we get positive feedback from people who have either visited or have heard good things about the jewel of Tennessee.

Remember to invite a friend to Rotary!!!! That is how we grow.  We look forward to seeing everyone this coming Wednesday. Have a great week and Be Proud to Be A Rotarian!!  If you can't join us in person, please join us by Zoom at the link below:
