Dear Rotarians,

Last week we heard from Sabrina Butcher, owner of LUCYdoes, LLC.  Sabrina's interactive presentation specifically addressed workplace leadership and 7 characteristics that leaders should exhibit in order to build and maintain trust within their organizations.

Tomorrow we will be hearing from Mr. Ryan Cox, owner of HATponics.  Everything they do at HATponics revolves around a passionate commitment to feed people.

As one of the most prolific aquaponics builders in the world, they've installed farms just about anywhere you can imagine – from a remote African savanna to an urban classroom. Ryan created a portable farm that packs into a 40-foot shipping container and can be dropped from an airplane. They even put the first floating aquaponics system on a cruise ship.

HATponics has projects in thousands of schools across the US and have installed custom-built systems in 20 different countries and five continents.  Whether you want to feed your neighbors, your city or your country, they have a solution to meet your needs.  Ryan's goal is to feed 20 million people by 2020!  This should be an amazing presentation!

Finally, we have a board meeting tomorrow at 1:00 immediately following our regular meeting.  If you need a make-up please feel free to join our meeting.

I look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow and hope you all have a great evening!

Volunteering to be part of our weekly rotation of being a Greeter or leading our club in Prayer and Pledge is a privilege and a responsibility.  If you have a Greeter or Prayer & Pledge assignment and are unable to serve, you are responsible for finding your replacement and notifying Ed Lawrence of the change.  Thank you for your club service.
