President's Message

Dear Rotarian,

First off, a big thank you to our Club Committee that has handled several events this year, including last week's Pastor Appreciation Lunch.  It was a fantastic event, with 19 different pastors from at least 8 different churches in attendance.  Also, thanks to our own Dr. Steve Ball for an uplifting and inspiring message, including the reminder that it's not how often you fail - but how many times you get up.

With the Masters being held this week, golf is in the air, and we are definitely in the home-stretch for our own CHP Golf Tournament, and we need your support to fill teams and add hole sponsors.  At a minimum every Club member needs to secure at least one hole sponsor.  This is the only way the tournament will be a success.

Next week our speaker will be Danna Bailey of Quibitekk.  Her company is working with EPB to develop the first commercially available Quantum Network in the United States - and it will be here in Chattanooga.   On April 17 our speaker will be Kyle Weins, the CEO of  iFixit, which is locating a service facility and warehouse in Chattanooga, and  planning on adding 200 jobs to our area.

Please plan to join us this week.  If you are not able to join in person please join us by Zoom.

Meeting ID: 830 3025 5424.  Passcode: 685 432

Thanks for being a Rotarian!
