I hope you all enjoyed last week's speaker, Jeff Harris, who gave us some upcoming changes to Medicare starting in 2025. Some of us really needed that and others not so much. LOL!  We also had  a few sobering moments in the beginning as we recognized the families of all the victims of 09/11/01. Hard to believe it has been 23 years.  We inducted our 8th member last week for a total of 59 members in our club. Well done Alan Johnston and the membership committee!

This week our speaker will be Dawn Benjamin from the Tennessee Donor Services organization. It should be very interesting.  There will be a board meeting after the regular meeting. Board members please remember to keep your reports as short as possible as I would like our meeting to be no longer than one hour. I'm sure you feel the same way too!

Don't forget to order your Purple Pinkie Donuts for October 23rd. The last day to order is October 4th. www.purplepinkiedonuts.org

We have some great upcoming speakers so you won't want to miss a meeting. These include Adam Myers, Vice President of Economic and Talent Development for the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce, State Senator  Bo Watson, and Coty Wamp, District Attorney to the Sheriff's Department, Chattanooga TN.
