Dear Rotarian,

It doesn't seem that long ago we were complaining about the heat.  With lows next week predicted to be in the single digits, those hot days of summer now seem like a distant memory.

This past week we had a great program with Sam Wills of the Tennessee Department of Economic Development.  I'm just sorry we couldn't get him to tell some of those college stories about Steve Ball.  This week we should have a very interesting program on Artificial Intelligence.  Michael Stone with the Public Education Foundation will be speaking to us on that timely subject.

Please remember that Brad Cansler will be available this Wednesday to take your picture if you do not have one in our directory, or would like to have a replacement picture.  Also, we will be taking a group photo at the end of the meeting, so please make every effort to attend.

Looking ahead to February, Alan Johnston is going to be "kicking off" a "Super (Bowl)" Membership promotion campaign, so be ready to "catch" that information (anybody notice a football theme).

Please plan to join us this week.  If you are not able to join in person please join us by Zoom.

Meeting ID: 830 3025 5424.  Passcode: 685 432

Thanks for being a Rotarian!

2023-24 Club President

Volunteering to be part of our weekly rotation of being a Greeter or leading our club in Prayer and Pledge is a privilege and a responsibility.  If you have a Greeter or Prayer & Pledge assignment and are unable to serve, you are responsible for finding your replacement and notifying Chris Neighbors or President Stan Hildebrand of the change.  Thank you for your club service.
