Last week was the kickoff to the golf tournament with it being our largest fundraising effort for the year. Thanks for the work of the Golf Committee and the work they put into the tournament each year. We found out who our teams are this year and what our goals are. They are aggressive but I believe attainable. One of the committee's top goals this year is to have EVERY member participate. I encourage each of us to find how we can be a part of the tournament to make this year's event the best and most impactful yet!

This Wednesday we will have Steve Byrum from Judgement Index as our speaker. Judgement Index is a process to help find and measure "a person’s value systems and the predictive capability of such measurements in determining the judgments people make and ultimately the critical decisions they make in their personal and working lives. These values are the drivers of one’s daily attitudes, motivations and behaviors in all that we do. To our knowledge, the Judgment Index™ is the only measurement tool that focuses on values, judgment to provide comprehensive personal, organizational and team analysis. These aspects assist in the development of making better judgments leading to enhanced productivity and well-being." (https://judgmentindex.com/about-us/). It should be a very interesting program!

See you Wednesday!
