The Biggest Little Bulb Project is happening again! We've raised the funds (thank you Lisa Jansen) and purchased 3,200 tulips and crocus to plant on Riverside Drive.

You are welcome to join us for a morning of fellowship and fun on Saturday, September 28th from 9 am to noon. We'll meet at Bicentennial Park at the corner of Ralston and Riverside Drive for signup and to divide into teams. There will be instructions on how to plant the tulips, or how to prune large shrubs or pick up trash or weed, etc. We will provide tools, water, snacks, gloves and professional guidance. Please, bring hats, sunscreen, and your energy! You may also bring friends and Rotarians from other clubs!

Following the event, KTMB will host a BBQ at Bartley Ranch for all volunteers, where they will have raffle prizes, great and plentiful food and you can mingle with other volunteers from other projects around Reno. KTMB usually has about 900 volunteers spread around the community, so it's interesting to hear their stories and to share yours.

Special thanks to our bulb sponsors:

Bob Cashell, Sue Sadler, Dave Bianchi, Tom Young, Tim Atwell, Lisa Jansen, Fritsi Ericson, Marlene Olsen, Kim Meyer, Loretta Bonilla, and Art Rangel.

Yours in Service,

Debe
