Celebrating 2013 Rotary Week in Quesnel

Many organizations have benefitted from Bernice's dedication to Quesnel and its citizens. Rotarians will recognize the Paul Harris Award as one of Rotary's most prestigious awards, named after the founder of what has grown to become Rotary International, presented to individuals who consistently and enthusiastically exemplify the highest principle of Rotary, "Service Above Self".
