A TOAST TO THE CARIBOO!
A great evening...a sell-out!
This event featured local food from local producers with local entertainment in support of a local project Lightning Creek Ski Club, tickets for just $20 got you two skewers of local meat (no recalls!), local fresh veggies, and glass of wine or a beer.
We also held various fun and inexpensive fundraising activities such as a silent auction, raffle baskets, 50/50...and of course the opportunity to buy more food and drink.
